Livingston Farm is the transformation of 121 acre abandoned dairy farm into an iconic agritourism destinationcentered around a working 20 acre regenerative farm complete with agroforestry, rotational grazing, an orchard and a market garden.
The mountainside property offers an immersive environment including vast open pastures, magical hemlock and hardwood forests and big mountain views. Livingston Farm is currently hosting private events and will soon offer abundant outdoor recreational and educational opportunities focused on connecting guests and residents with natural environment, the food they consume and regenerative agricultural practices.
The property is walkable to the town of Livingston Manor, a quintessential and vibrant Catskills town that has become a hub for NYC expats and weekenders alike seeking a respite from the busy city life.
